About Us:

Founded in 1945 by Fred Day and Nonnie Bloom Cooke, Cooke and Mabe Monuments quickly became a trusted name in quality stone craftsmanship. Two generations later, that same excellence of quality still exists and has grown to include our counter top division, BloomDay Granite & Marble. Fred and Nonnie's grandson, Frederick Cooke, Jr., has been working with stone since his early teens. Now the owner, Frederick continues the legacy of hard work and commitment he learned from his parents and grandparents. The Bloomday staff is comprised of skilled artisans, many of whom have in excess of ten years experience in granite fabrication and installation.

Our Process:

The experienced and knowledgeable staff at BloomDay will meet with you to discuss your design layout as well as your color selections and edge treatment preferences. Once you have made your choices, we will template your cabinets with a state of the art digital template process. Then your stone countertop or vanity is fabricated utilizing our automated stone CNC machine, or by one of the skilled craftsmen at our facility. When complete, we install the surface in your home using care and precision.

Our Possibilities:

Granite can be used in every room in your home. You can choose from kitchen counters, bathroom vanities and tub surrounds, family room bar spaces and even furniture tops for tables and dressers.
